ISO: a new iron

iron
Anyone have good recommendations for an iron? I think mine might be on it's last leg....poor iron. It's been so overused since I started quilting, nothing like those lazy days when it ironed a stray shirt every now and then.

  1. I love my Rowenta. I don't know the model # bit its white and light brown, made in Germany

  2. I have a Shark. . . don't get! It shuts off in the middle of ironing and I have to bang it hard on the ironing board to get it going again. . . and I JUST bought it. I'm going to watch what people say, I need to get another and am seriously thinking about going to Walmart and buying the cheapest one I can find :)

  4. I have a Rowenta (probably a low-end model) purchased from a box store like Target. I absolutely love it. My mom wanted to gift me one of those Oliso orange ones that we tried at the last quilting conference we went to - I didn't like it. I much prefer my cheap(er) Rowenta.
